Byron Donalds blew the lid off this Biden cover-up that has heads turning in Washington

Nov 3, 2025

Congressional investigators are running into a wall of silence.

But one lawmaker just exposed what's really going on.

And Byron Donalds blew the lid off this Biden cover-up that has heads turning in Washington.

House Oversight drops 100-page bomb on Biden's presidency

The House Oversight Committee just declared every executive action Biden signed with that autopen machine "null and void."¹

Chairman James Comer didn't waste time sending the findings straight to Attorney General Pam Bondi with one message: investigate everything Biden did as president.

And get this – the report shows Biden's inner circle spent four years hiding his mental decline from voters while running the country themselves."²

But getting to the truth hasn't been easy.

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) appeared on Newsmax to discuss the frustrations investigators have faced while trying to uncover what really happened inside the Biden White House.

"Too many people are pleading the Fifth," Donalds told host Greg Kelly on Wednesday evening.³

The Florida Congressman, who's running for governor next year, said the investigation has provided "as much information as we could."

But he pointed to one glaring problem.

"I also think that this is something for the District of Columbia's medical bureau, because the White House doctor plead the Fifth," Donalds explained.⁴

Biden's doctor takes the Fifth when asked about cover-up

Dr. Kevin O'Connor served as Biden's personal physician for nearly 20 years, dating back to when Biden was chosen as Barack Obama's running mate in 2008.

When O'Connor appeared for his closed-door deposition in July, he refused to answer a single question.

"On the advice of counsel, I must respectfully decline to answer based on the physician patient privilege and in reliance on my right under the Fifth Amendment," O'Connor stated.⁵

The Oversight Committee released a video of O'Connor's deposition showing the doctor invoking his Fifth Amendment rights when asked basic questions about Biden's fitness for office.

O'Connor wouldn't even answer when asked if he believed Biden was unfit to execute his duties as president.

Chairman Comer later revealed what investigators wanted to know.

"Dr. O'Connor took the Fifth when asked if he was told to lie about President Biden's health and whether he was fit to be President of the United States," Comer said in a statement.⁶

That's the question at the heart of this investigation.

Was Biden's doctor instructed to hide the truth from the American people?

Medical license review may be coming for Biden's physician

Donalds made clear that O'Connor's refusal to testify raises serious questions about his conduct as a physician.

"It's just not clear what he was actually doing, what he was prescribing, what tests were not run with respect to the physical and mental capabilities of President Biden," Donalds stated.⁷

The Florida Republican said O'Connor "is going to have to have his medical license reviewed."⁸

The Oversight Committee report found that O'Connor "recklessly" chose not to administer a cognitive test to Biden despite signs of deterioration.⁹

O'Connor's financial ties to the Biden family raised conflict-of-interest concerns.

He worked closely with the family during Beau Biden's battle with brain cancer and even collaborated with James Biden on a healthcare program for veterans in 2017.¹⁰

But the doctor won't answer questions about whether political advisors influenced his medical judgments.

"Political Interference in Medical Decisions and Failure of Medical Oversight: Testimony from senior officials, including Jeff Zients and Anita Dunn, revealed that political advisors interfered with decisions regarding President Biden's medical evaluations, explicitly rejecting calls for cognitive testing to protect his reelection prospects," the committee report stated.¹¹

One Biden aide after another takes the Fifth

O'Connor isn't alone in refusing to talk.

Multiple senior Biden officials have stonewalled the investigation by invoking their Fifth Amendment rights..

Anthony Bernal, former First Lady Jill Biden's chief of staff, abruptly withdrew from his scheduled interview and was subsequently subpoenaed.¹²

Annie Tomasini, former deputy chief of staff, also invoked her Fifth Amendment rights during her deposition.¹³

The pattern is unmistakable.

"But the bulk of this is going to have to go to the Department of Justice. Too many people are pleading the Fifth, which means they're covering up," Donalds said.¹⁴

The Florida Congressman's assessment cuts to the heart of what investigators discovered.

Biden issued pardons and commutations to 4,245 people during his presidency – more acts of clemency than any other president in history.¹⁵

Many of these clemency actions were signed using the autopen without proper documentation showing Biden personally approved them.

The committee identified "irregularities in the issuance of pardons and commutations during the final days of the Biden presidency, including those involving members of the Biden family."¹⁶

Those controversial last-minute pardons included Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley, Adam Schiff, and members of Biden's own family.

All signed by autopen.

DOJ now investigating validity of Biden's executive actions

Ed Martin, President Trump's Pardon Attorney, told Chairman Comer in an email that his office "cannot support the validity of AutoPen pardons for individuals such as Anthony Fauci, Adam Schiff, Mark Milley, and many more without further examination and fact-finding."¹⁷

Attorney General Bondi confirmed her team is "reviewing the Biden administration's reported use of autopen for pardons" and looks forward to working with the Oversight Committee "to deliver accountability for the American people."¹⁸

The committee's findings paint a disturbing picture of a presidency where aides exercised presidential authority without proper authorization.

"The Oversight Committee found alarming deficiencies in the documentation and custody of the President's decision binder, including instances where executive actions were executed without written authorization or clear record of the President's approval," the report stated.¹⁹

The Biden camp denied everything.

"Let me be clear: I made the decisions during my presidency," Biden said in a statement. "I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn't is ridiculous and false."²⁰

But actions speak louder than words.

When asked to testify under oath about what really happened inside the Biden White House, his closest aides and personal physician all took the Fifth.

That tells you everything you need to know about this cover-up.
