Schools usually have to work to get parents involved in their kid’s education.Â
But one Florida elementary could not turn away a parent fast enough.Â
And a Florida mom was banned from volunteering at her kids’ school for one sick reason.Â
Florida mom sues school after she was banned from school over adult content careerÂ
Victoria Triece had been volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary School, where her two children attended for five years.Â
Her mother was active at her school when she was growing up and it was something she cherished.Â
Triece wanted her two kids to have the same experience.Â
But her days as a volunteer at the elementary school ended in 2021.Â
An anonymous parent reported her to the school for running an online adult content business on the site OnlyFans and brought in the evidence.Â
“It affected a parent who went and paid to see my content, but then they had to go send in these photos of me to the school and make me not be allowed to be around children anymore, which I’ve done and dedicated my life to for pretty much five years‚” Triece said at the time.Â
An email warned the school that Triece, who uses the name Victoria Snooks, was a bad influence on elementary school kids.Â
“It has come to several parents at Sand Lake Elementary that one of the room mothers that spends time at the school is publically (sic) posting pornography thru various sources on the internet,” the email stated. “This woman is constantly around our children and her public profiles are well known. This is not the content or subject matter that our children need to be exposed to.”

Florida OnlyFans mom loses her fight to volunteer at her kids elementary schoolÂ
Triece was not going to go down without a fight.Â
She filed a lawsuit in 2023 against Orange County Public Schools for $1 million, violating her right to free speech, and “sexual cyber harassment” for distributing her pictures to the media.Â
“The reason that I even started OnlyFans was because I didn’t want a 9 to 5,” Triece said. “I wanted to still be involved. I went through a crazy breakup. I wanted to still go to school with them and be with them 24/7 and be as involved in their lives as I could be without being away from them. They’re everything to me.”
But a judge sided with the school and barred her from being a volunteer.Â
The school was not required to accept her as a volunteer and her OnlyFans account was justification for prohibiting her involvement.Â
She responded to the defeat by running a special on her account with an 80% discount for February.Â
Her lawyers vowed to appeal the ruling.Â
Triece’s attorney, Richard W. Smith, called her “the ideal volunteer” because of previous hard work at the elementary school.Â
“We are quite disappointed with the ruling,” Smith said. “We tried to attack this from a number of different angles and the court didn’t agree with any of them. But Victoria is a fighter and told us she wants to appeal.”
Victoria Triece will have to find another way to be involved in her kids’ lives.Â
