Democrats and the left-wing media are terrified of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Just like they do with Donald Trump, they’ll say or do anything to try and take down Ron DeSantis.
But all hell is about to break loose over the jaw-dropping letter Gavin Newsom sent to Merrick Garland about Ron DeSantis.
Joe Biden’s border crisis is one of the most dangerous threats currently facing America.
After Joe Biden revoked all the successful immigration policies put in place under Donald Trump, record-breaking numbers of illegal aliens are rushing across the border and entering the country.
According to statistics from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Border Patrol agents are on track to encounter more than two million illegal aliens just in Fiscal Year 2022.
With the situation spiraling out of control, Republican Governors like Ron DeSantis in Florida and Greg Abbott in Texas have started enacting measures to help protect their citizens from Biden’s border crisis.
Aside from refusing to secure the border, the Biden administration has also been relocating illegal aliens who make it into the country into red states like Florida.
Ron DeSantis found out that Joe Biden sent more than 70 planes full of illegal aliens to Florida under the radar during the dead of night.
DeSantis warned Joe Biden to stop dumping illegal aliens off in Florida or he would start sending them back up to places like Delaware and Martha’s Vineyard.
In preparation to follow through on his promise, DeSantis secured $12 million in funding from the legislature to remove illegal aliens from the state.
Even though DeSantis warned Biden ahead of time, the Democrats and left-wing media erupted into a frenzy on Wednesday after the Florida Governor dropped off two planes full of illegal aliens at Martha’s Vineyard.
But one top Democrat is doing more than attacking DeSantis over it.
California Governor Gavin Newsom sent Merrick Garland a letter encouraging him to toss Ron DeSantis in jail for allegedly “kidnapping” the illegal aliens.
“Like millions of Americans, I have been horrified at the images of migrants being shipped on buses and planes across the country to be used as political props,” Newsom wrote in his letter to Garland. “Clearly, transporting families, including children, across state lines under false pretenses is morally reprehensible, but it may also be illegal.”
Newsom “urged the US DOJ to investigate whether the alleged fraudulent inducement would support charges of kidnapping under relevant state laws.”
“I strongly urge the U.S. Department of Justice (US DOJ) to open an investigation into possible criminal or civil violations of federal law based on this alleged fraudulent scheme,” Newsom wrote, adding that “in particular, I urge US DOJ to investigate whether the alleged fraudulent inducement would support charges of kidnapping under relevant state laws, which could serve as a predicate offense for charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) provisions of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970.”
Gavin Newsom shared his letter to Merrick Garland in a post on social media where he doubled down on calling for the DOJ to investigate DeSantis.
“I’m formally requesting the DOJ begin an immediate investigation into these inhumane efforts to use kids as political pawns,” Newsom wrote.

Democrat Charlie Crist agreed with Newsom that Garland should investigate Ron DeSantis for kidnapping.
But Ron DeSantis is not backing down.
“Our message to them is that we are not a sanctuary state,” DeSantis said.
“It’s better to be able to go to a sanctuary jurisdiction,” he continued, adding that “and yes, we will help facilitate that transport for you to be able to go to greener pastures.”
