Byron Donalds issued one challenge to Democrats that they never expected

Byron Donalds is not going to back down from a fight.

He dared the Left to go toe to toe with him.

And Byron Donalds issued one challenge to Democrats that they never expected.

Democrat activists take over House Republicans town halls

Democrats are concentrating their fire on SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to deal political damage to President Donald Trump.

Representative Rich McCormick (R-GA) held a town hall in his suburban Atlanta, Georgia, district that made national headlines.

Angry participants railed at him over DOGE and Trump’s cuts to government.

But these were not upset constituents in McCormick’s heavily Republican district.

Maggie Goldman, a Democrat activist and volunteer coordinator for Pete Buttigieg, organized protestors for McCormick’s town hall.

Other House Republicans in safely Republican districts faced protestors at their town halls that were infiltrated by left-wing activists with the Soros-funded Indivisible group.

The media seized on this alleged “backlash” as a sign that DOGE and cutting the government were deeply unpopular.

McCormick bowed to the left-wing activists at this town hall and asked DOGE to slow down its work.

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) told House Republicans to cancel in-person town halls in favor of virtual ones so that questions could be screened in advance.

Byron Donalds welcomes Democrats to show up at his town hall

Fox News host Laura Ingraham blasted the NRCC’s decision to encourage virtual town halls during an interview with Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL).

“Chad Pergram is reporting that the National Republican Congressional Committee is telling members to hold no in-person town halls because Democrats have been hijacking them. Is that the right call?” Ingraham asked.

Donalds was not backing down because Democrat protestors could infiltrate his town hall and berate him.

“I’m doing a town hall in a couple of weeks,” Donalds replied. “I would tell any Democrat that wants to come out there and astroturf my town hall, bring it. Because we’re gonna talk the truth and what’s really going on. I’m not afraid of you. About time we get down to business in D.C.”

Ingraham argued that House Republicans should engage with the Democrat protestors and force them to defend their ideas.

“I don’t want to pile on here, but I thought that was lame,” Ingraham stated. “Look, when the Tea Party showed up at the Democrat town halls, we complained that we were thrown out. So now you’re going to say, ‘Don’t show up.’ I say let them show up. Let’s see exactly who these people are. When you engage them in conversation, respectfully, oftentimes they can’t back up what they’re saying with real arguments.”

Some of Donalds’ colleagues in Florida did not share his sentiment.

Representative John Rutherford (R-FL) complained that his town halls were being hijacked by angry activists.

“They want you to host these town hall meetings, and they will go there and just scream and holler, and act like fools, and I am not going to be a part of that,” Rutherford said. “That is what happened the last time, and I am not going to participate in that.”

Democrats want House Republicans to fold because of a fake pressure campaign manufactured by left-wing activists.
