The left-wing media spent the past two years attacking and smearing Ron DeSantis.
But this time they crossed a major line.
And Christina Pushaw exposed the sick nature of this Huffington Post reporter’s attack against Ron DeSantis.
The media’s hatred of Ron DeSantis is no secret.
Left-wing members of the press have been trying to take down DeSantis ever since he rejected Joe Biden’s COVID lockdowns and mandates.
They’ve already proven they’re willing to say anything – even if it’s a bald-faced lie – if they believe it’ll inflict political damage on DeSantis.
The attacks don’t bother DeSantis, as he mostly ignores them and keeps his focus on serving as Governor and delivering results for Floridians.
And when the left-wing media does lie about DeSantis or smear him with fake stories, his press team is always ready to respond and set the record straight.
That’s exactly what DeSantis’ Rapid Response Director Christina Pushaw did after the left-wing Huffington Post’s latest smear piece against the Governor.
On Thursday, the state of Florida executed 59-year old Donald Dillbeck.
Dillbeck was sentenced to death 32 years ago for murdering Lee County Sheriff deputy Dwight Lynn Hall in 1979 and Faye Vann in 1990.
Last month, DeSantis signed a death warrant allowing his execution to take place on Thursday.
Before he was executed on Thursday, Dillbeck allegedly used his last words to smear Governor DeSantis.
“I know I hurt people when I was young,” Dillbeck said. “I really messed up. But I know Ron DeSantis has done a lot worse. He’s taken a lot from a lot of people. I speak for all men, women and children. He’s put his foot on our necks. Ron DeSantis and other people like him can s—k our d—s.”
Since the media never misses a chance to attack DeSantis, Huffington Post columnist Jessica Schulberg wrote a scathing hit piece against the Governor where she made Dillbeck out to be the victim.
Schulberg titled her article, “Florida Executes Man Used As ‘Political Pawn’ By Ron DeSantis.”
“The timing of his execution appears to be part of a push by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) to bring back death sentences by non-unanimous juries,” she wrote. “DeSantis, who is expected to run for president, signed Dillbeck’s death warrant last month on the same day that he floated changing state law to allow non-unanimous juries to impose death sentences.”
Of course, Schulberg failed to even mention the heinous murders committed by Dillbeck.
But Christina Pushaw dropped the hammer on Schulberg in a post on social media.
“Shame on you, @jessicaschulb,” Pushaw wrote. “You absolutely disgust me.
Pushaw then laid out the facts left out by Schulberg to give folks some “perspective.”
“Perspective… this monster killed a police officer, went to jail, escaped, stabbed this mom to death in a parking lot at the Tallahassee Mall at random, and Huffington Post thinks HE is the victim,” she wrote.

The Huffington Post’s attempt to smear DeSantis backfired big time after Pushaw took Schulberg to task for defending a murderer.
The family of one of the victims is grateful to DeSantis and expressed their appreciation in a letter to the Governor.
“11,932 days ago, Donald Dillbeck brutally killed our mother,” the letter read. “We were robbed of years of memories with her and it has been very painful ever since,” the letter continued, before adding that “we are grateful to Governor DeSantis for carrying out the sentence.”
The left-wing media’s hatred of DeSantis only served to show Americans just how sick and disgusting they truly are.
