CNN’s Jim Acosta flew off the rails after Ron DeSantis announced this bold plan to enhance election security in Florida

Joe Biden and the Democrats are pushing a federal takeover of elections that would give the Left permanent political power in America.

The corporate-controlled media smears anyone who opposes their scheme as a “racist.”

And CNN’s Jim Acosta flew off the rails after Ron DeSantis announced this bold plan to enhance election security in Florida.

During his recent State of the State address, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis proposed the creation of an election integrity unit to investigate and arrest those who commit voter fraud.

Under DeSantis’ proposal, the Office of Election Crimes and Security would hire 52 people to “investigate, detect, apprehend, and arrest anyone for an alleged violation” of election fraud.

“To ensure that elections are conducted in accordance with the rule of law, I propose an election integrity unit whose sole focus will be the enforcement of Florida’s election laws,” DeSantis said during his State of the State address. “This will facilitate the faithful enforcement of election laws and will provide Floridians with the confidence that their vote will matter.”

Of course, the corporate-controlled media immediately smeared Ron DeSantis over his proposal.

CNN’s Jim Acosta, who may be the most anti-Republican “journalist” in the media, mocked Ron DeSantis and suggested he send the “election police force” to Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.

“If Ron DeSantis wants to put that election police force to good use, he might consider sending them over to Mar-a-Lago,” Acosta quipped. “You know, just to ask a few questions about an attempted coup. Yes, officer Ron, I’d like to report an insurrection — the one on Jan. 6,” Acosta continued.

Rick Wilson, founder of the scandal-ridden Never-Trump organization, The Lincoln Project, also joined in on the attacks against Ron DeSantis.

During an interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid, Wilson accused DeSantis of building a “dystopian, bizarre, authoritarian police state.”

“Look, if Ron DeSantis forms his own election police force, he needs to start in the Villages, a Republican hotbed, where the only cases of voter fraud in the 2020 election in Florida came from,” Wilson said, before accusing DeSantis of “using this as a method to intimidate primarily voters of color.”

Ron DeSantis isn’t the only Republican Governor proposing to create a specific agency tasked with investigating and prosecuting cases of voter fraud.

But outside of Donald Trump, there is no other Republican who the Democrats and corporate-controlled media fear more than Ron DeSantis.

They’ve got him in their sights.

And the corporate-controlled media will attack and smear him at every turn.
