A Florida predator didn't just groom children online – he packed up his parents and drove them to Alabama to act on it.
Now federal agents have hauled all three of them into custody after a raid on their Fort Pierce home turned into something investigators say they won't soon forget.
What they found inside that house makes the charges look like the least disturbing part of the story.
The Family That Traveled Together
William Carlisle Jr., 42, spent months hunting children on gaming platforms specifically designed for young girls.
Lady Popular. MovieStarPlanet.
These aren't obscure dark web corners.
They're brightly colored, animated platforms that teenagers use to dress up virtual characters and chat with friends.
Carlisle Jr. knew exactly where to find his victims.
He told a 16-year-old he was 18.
He exchanged nude photos with her while planning a hotel trip.
He traveled to Alabama to meet a 14-year-old, who let him in through her bedroom door while her family slept – where he hugged and kissed her.
And his parents – William Carlisle Sr., 72, and Rebecca Walker, 28 – made the drive with him.
That's not a family that didn't know. That's a family that participated.
What Investigators Found at the House
When Homeland Security and local Fort Pierce investigators served the search warrant on April 24, they didn't find a normal home.
They found Walker wearing nothing but a diaper.
They found Carlisle Sr. covered in baby oil.
A bedroom was saturated in it, with multiple bottles scattered throughout.
When investigators asked Carlisle Sr. about it, he said he uses it to shave.
Two children lived in this home.
Investigators described them as dirty and unbathed.
U-ACT Law Enforcement Liaison James Billig was on scene and said the level of deviance those children were exposed to was "truly unimaginable."
Both have since been removed and are now safe.
The Federal Charges
Carlisle Jr. is now in federal custody facing four charges: attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, attempted production of child sexual exploitation material, attempted transfer of obscene material to a minor, and receipt of child sexual exploitation material.
He admitted to investigators that he traveled to Alabama to meet the 14-year-old.
He admitted to the sexual conversations.
He claimed he thought the 16-year-old was 18 when they exchanged nude photos – the same claim predators have made in every federal courtroom in America for twenty years.
Walker faces additional charges of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child under 12 by a person 18 or older, along with traveling to meet a child.
She's in St. Lucie County Jail on an $80,000 bond. Carlisle Sr. is held on a $60,000 bond.
This Is Happening on Apps Your Grandchildren Are Using Right Now
This wasn't a lone creep in a basement.
This was a family operation.
Carlisle Jr. had a support system that drove him across state lines to follow through.
And he found his victims not on some obscure adult platform that parents could block.
He found them on Lady Popular and MovieStarPlanet – games marketed to children, featuring cartoon avatars and dress-up mechanics.
Billig put it plainly: "As soon as a child has access to an electronic device, the threat is there. It doesn't matter what site it is because predators are going to utilize where the potential victims are."
He said parents need to have these conversations with children as young as three and four years old.
Not because that's comfortable. Because that's the reality.
The investigation at the Fort Pierce home is still ongoing.
Federal and local investigators working together are the reason two children are out of that house today.
Whatever else the evidence shows, every person in that car knew where they were going and why.
