Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla told the world the COVID vaccine was 100% effective.
Now Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is putting Bourla's name on a lawsuit.
And Attorney General James Uthmeier just filed a lawsuit against Pfizer and Albert Bourla over what they knew and never said about the COVID vaccine.
The Text Message Fauci Hoped Nobody Would Find
Senators Rand Paul and Ron Johnson spent months prying Anthony Fauci's government iPhone out of the Biden-era bureaucracy.
What they found was damning.
In a January 2021 text chain, Fauci warned Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and CDC Director Rochelle Walensky that the second dose of the mRNA vaccine "theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester."

He knew it.
Walensky knew it.
Murthy knew it.
Months later, the CDC was still assuring pregnant women the shot carried no safety concerns.
Pfizer – which spent $10 billion marketing these vaccines and collected $80 billion in revenue – never stopped the pressure campaign.
"What they didn't say, that they knew about, was myocarditis in teenagers and young adults," Uthmeier said. "They had reason to know the shot posed risks to pregnant women and unborn babies in the first trimester."
That's not a regulatory disagreement.
That's a company that knew what it was hiding.
"Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us," Uthmeier said in a post on X. "While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks."
$80 Billion Built on What They Chose Not to Say
Bourla's record is worth reviewing.
He declared the vaccine 100% effective on a public platform.

He told Americans that unvaccinated people were putting their loved ones at risk.
He dismissed critics publicly and aggressively.
And Pfizer – with a company history that already included the largest health care fraud settlement in U.S. history – ran a $10 billion advertising campaign that treated informed consent as an obstacle rather than a right.
Florida's lawsuit specifically targets the transmission claim: Pfizer pushed the vaccine as a tool to stop the spread before it had any clinical trial data to back that up.
"What they did was wrong," Uthmeier said. "They assumed Florida families could not be trusted with the truth."
He's right.
This is how the machine worked: federal officials quietly texted each other about risks they'd never announce, Pfizer's advertising budget drowned out every dissenting voice, and the medical establishment called you a conspiracy theorist if you asked questions.
Florida asked the questions anyway.
This Is the Reckoning Three Years in the Making
This lawsuit didn't come out of nowhere.
Governor DeSantis empaneled a statewide grand jury in December 2022 to investigate COVID vaccine fraud.

Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo launched a myocarditis surveillance study, telling reporters the findings were something he suspected the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna hoped nobody would ever look for.
Florida has been building this case longer than most states have been willing to ask the questions.
Now Uthmeier is naming Bourla personally on the complaint – not just the company, the man who made the claims.
That matters legally.
When a state AG names a CEO individually in a consumer fraud suit, it signals they believe they can prove he personally knew what was being concealed and made the decision to conceal it anyway.
Fauci's texts were dated January 25, 2021 – weeks after the vaccine began rolling out to the public.
The timeline doesn't help Pfizer.
Americans were told to trust the science.
The science – sitting in a text chain on a government iPhone – said something different.
Florida just made that the center of a lawsuit.
