Florida law enforcement is investigating Democrats for this 2024 deception

Florida is not dealing with any shenanigans from Democrats about the election.

The Sunshine State is looking to maintain its reputation for election integrity.

Now, Florida law enforcement is investigating Democrats for this 2024 deception.

Florida is investigating fraud with petitions for pro-abortion constitutional amendment

The biggest political battle in Florida this election is over a proposed constitutional amendment to enshrine abortion on demand into the state constitution.

Globalist billionaire George Soros and out-of-state left-wing special interests are pouring tens of millions of dollars into Amendment 4 which would wipe out every pro-life law on the books in Florida if it receives 60% or higher of the vote this November.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis warned in June that Amendment 4 would give the Sunshine State one of the most extreme abortion laws in the country.

“This amendment is written maybe more liberal than New York and California, but you would basically have a cottage industry, where people would be coming into Florida for this purpose,” DeSantis said. “And look, we’re a tourism state, but we want to be family-friendly tourism, not abortion tourism.”

DeSantis asked the deputy secretary of state to review roughly 36,000 signatures that were collected to place it on the ballot in Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach, and Osceola counties.

Now, the Florida Department of State is opening an investigation into fraud in the signature gathering process for Amendment 4.

“The Department of State has uncovered evidence of illegal conduct with fraudulent petitions,” a Florida Department of State spokesman said. “We have a duty to seek justice for Florida citizens who were victimized by fraud and safeguard the integrity of Florida’s elections.”

“Our office will continue this investigation and make referrals to FDLE [Florida Department of Law Enforcement] as appropriate,” the spokesman added.

Pro-abortion groups have been caught illegally gathering signatures before

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in 2022 led to a push by pro-abortion groups to ballot measures to legalize abortion on demand.

Ohio voters enshrined abortion on demand into the state’s Constitution last year, but pro-life activists accused the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) petition gatherers of collecting invalid signatures.

“The ACLU’s extreme anti-parent amendment is so unpopular that it couldn’t even rely on grassroots support to collect signatures,” Protect Women Ohio press secretary Amy Natoce stated in July 2023. “The ACLU paid out-of-state signature collectors to lie to Ohioans about its dangerous amendment that will strip parents of their rights, permit minors to undergo sex change operations without their parents’ knowledge or consent, and allow painful abortion on demand through all nine months.”

The Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office rejected signatures for an abortion on demand constitutional amendment because the group collecting the signatures did not provide enough information on the petition gathers they used.

Arkansas’s Supreme Court upheld the decision and stopped the proposed amendment from getting on the ballot this November.

The Left is willing to cut corners to ensure it can get abortion measures on the ballot.
