Joe Biden is now using his hatred of Ron DeSantis to punish Floridians in this horrible way

The Democrats are still furious with Ron DeSantis for refusing to bow to Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci’s authoritarian COVID policies.

They’re even willing to harm innocent individuals if they believe it will damage Ron DeSantis politically.

And Joe Biden is now using his hatred of Ron DeSantis to punish Floridians in this horrible way.

Ron DeSantis stood up to Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci during the entire pandemic, refusing to enforce lockdowns, keeping schools open, and banning mask and vaccine mandates in the Sunshine State.

This made Ron DeSantis wildly popular with Republican voters nationwide.

But it also made him an enemy of the Democrats and their allies in the Fake News Media.

Because Ron DeSantis defended freedom during the pandemic, Joe Biden and the Democrats are determined to punish him, even if it means harming innocent Floridians.

Joe Biden previously denied life-saving shipments of monoclonal antibodies into Florida after Ron DeSantis made the early treatment an effective part of his COVID strategy.

But the Biden administration recently reached a new low by denying federal assistance after EF1 and EF2 tornadoes struck both Lee and Charlotte counties last month.

The Florida Department of Emergency Management deployed disaster and recovery staff to the area immediately following the tornadoes to assess the damage while Governor DeSantis declared a State of Emergency in order to “unlock our request to the Biden administration for individual assistance.”

“You had 158 homes that were either destroyed or sustained major damage. Over 350 residents were displaced,” DeSantis said about the disaster.

However, Joe Biden’s lackeys at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) rejected Ron DeSantis’ request for emergency assistance.

“Unfortunately, that request was denied,” DeSantis said.

DeSantis then blasted the Biden administration for denying the needed aid.

“These things should be above politics when people have needs like this. And if you look kind of, since Biden’s been President, it seems like whatever they can do to thumb their nose at Florida. You know they try to do it,” DeSantis said.

DeSantis then mentioned how this wasn’t the first time the Biden administration put politics above people, citing how “they cut our monoclonal antibody funding at the end of last summer when we had helped tens of thousands of Floridians stay out of the hospital. We no doubt saved lives . . . It was very successful, then they seized control of it and dramatically reduced the allotment to the state of Florida.”

In conclusion, DeSantis called it a huge “mistake to use politics with this,” urging Biden to “help people when they need it” despite their political leanings.
