Joe Biden has been waging war against Ron DeSantis since the pandemic.
Biden swooped into South Florida on Tuesday in a last-ditch effort to rescue Charlie Crist’s struggling campaign.
And Joe Biden used three words to describe Ron DeSantis that shows why Democrats are terrified of him.
The latest polls coming out of Florida show Ron DeSantis with a double-digit lead over Democrat candidate Charlie Crist.
DeSantis is also blowing Crist away in the critical area of fundraising.
DeSantis raised $183.2 million through October 14, which is more than any Governor in American history.
The Florida Governor brought in six and a half dollars for every dollar raised by Charlie Crist, whose total campaign haul is $28.4 million.
But Democrats aren’t giving up on Charlie Crist just yet.
On Tuesday, Joe Biden swooped into South Florida to campaign for Charlie Crist and Senate candidate Val Demings.
When Joe Biden visited Florida in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, he praised Ron DeSantis for his leadership in the recovery efforts.
But on this trip, Biden attacked DeSantis as a tyrant who poses a threat to democracy.
At a fundraiser for Charlie Crist in Golden Beach, Biden said Florida’s gubernatorial election was “one of the most important races in the country.”
“This to me is one of the most important races in the country,” Biden said.
Biden then repeated the Democrat Party talking point that Republicans are dangerous extremists who threaten the Republic.
“They talk about Charlie, they talk about – you know, I always say, ‘Democracy is on the ballot,’” Biden said. “I literally mean it,” he continued, before adding once again “not hyperbole – democracy is really on the ballot.”
Joe Biden accused DeSantis of “demonizing the LGBTQ population” over the Parental Rights in Education Bill, which simply prevents left-wing activist from brainwashing children in kindergarten through third grade with the woke transgender and homosexual agenda.
Biden then called DeSantis by three words that shows how terrified he really is of the Governor.
“Charlie is running against Donald Trump incarnate,” Biden said. “The way he deals, the way he denies.”
Ron DeSantis is the most popular Republican elected official in America.
Outside of Donald Trump, he’s also the most popular Republican, as polls show DeSantis would be the clear frontrunner for the GOP nomination should Trump decide not to run again in 2024.
Joe Biden is terrified of DeSantis because he views him as a serious threat to the Presidency.
Biden flew to Florida in a last-ditch effort to try to boost Charlie Crist to victory over DeSantis on Tuesday.
But Biden is massively unpopular with Florida voters.
And campaigning for Charlie Crist could have the reverse effect and give DeSantis a boost in the polls.
