Liz Cheney told The New York Times two words about Ron DeSantis that will have you seeing red

Aug 8, 2022

Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney is the biggest Never Trumper in Congress.

As Vice Chair of Pelosi’s witch hunt committee, Cheney is on a mission to stop Donald Trump in 2024.

But Liz Cheney just told The New York Times two words about Ron DeSantis that will have you seeing red.

Wyoming is the most conservative state in America, handing Donald Trump his largest margin of victories in both the 2016 and 2020 Presidential elections.

In 2020, Donald Trump received 70 percent of the vote in Wyoming.

But even though Liz Cheney represents the most conservative state in America as a member of the Republican Party, her only focus has been helping Pelosi’s witch hunt committee stop Trump from running for President again in 2024.

Wyoming voters are infuriated at Liz Cheney for spending all of her time going after Donald Trump instead of fighting Joe Biden’s radical agenda.

As a result, Cheney is expected to go down in flames to Trump-backed attorney Harriet Hageman in the upcoming August 16 Republican Primary.

The latest polls show Cheney trailing by nearly 30 points with one week left until the Primary.

Of course, Cheney knows she is toast on August 16.

“If the cost of standing up for the Constitution is losing the House seat, then that’s a price I’m willing to pay,” Cheney told The Times.

But Donald Trump is not the only Republican who Cheney is trying to take down.

She told The Times she’d rather serve with Democrats than Republicans Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert.

“I would much rather serve with [Democrats] Mikie Sherrill and Chrissy Houlahan and Elissa Slotkin than [Republicans] Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert . . .” Cheney added.

However, it’s not just her Republican colleagues in Congress who Liz Cheney wants to take down.

When asked about 2024, Cheney said she “would find it very difficult” to support DeSantis as the GOP nominee.

“I think that Ron DeSantis has lined himself up almost entirely with Donald Trump, and I think that’s very dangerous,” Cheney told The New York Times.

Liz Cheney is in for a rude awakening if she thinks she is helping herself by attacking Trump and DeSantis.

Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are the two most popular Republicans in America.

And Liz Cheney will pay the price for it at the ballot box in the upcoming August 16 Republican Primary.

DeSantis Daily will keep you up-to-date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
