New Jersey’s Democrat Governor will live to regret what he said on CNN about Ron DeSantis

Ron DeSantis is not running for national office.

But that hasn’t stopped Democrats across the country from trying to use him as a political punching bag.

And New Jersey’s Democrat Governor will live to regret what he said on CNN about Ron DeSantis.

Democrats and the corporate-controlled media have spent more than two years viciously attacking Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

It all started during the pandemic when DeSantis became the first Governor to stand up to Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci’s COVID tyranny by refusing to enforce lockdowns and banning masks and vaccine mandates.

But this was only the beginning of Ron DeSantis’ fight with the radical Left.

After standing for freedom during the pandemic, DeSantis then set his sights on fighting against the Left’s woke ideology.

He removed Critical Race Theory from Florida’s curriculum, banned biological males from competing in women’s sports, and signed the Parental Rights in Education Bill to stop left-wing teachers from indoctrinating young children with the transgender and homosexual agenda.

DeSantis also took action on important issues like election integrity and protecting the sanctity of life.

Every step of the way, DeSantis was viciously attacked and smeared by Democrats and the media.

But their attacks always backfire, as DeSantis is now more popular than ever in both Florida and across the nation.

After California Governor Gavin Newsom dropped six figures on an ad attacking DeSantis that ran on Independence Day across the Sunshine State, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy became the latest Democrat to use the Florida Governor to try and score cheap political points.

During an interview on Tuesday with CNN’s “New Day,” Murphy praised Newsom for spending six figures to attack Ron DeSantis in Florida.

“I think we need to stand up and be counted and make sure we remind folks around the country, if you value values, come to states like New Jersey and I suspect that’s exactly what Governor Newsom has in mind in terms of California’s values,” Murphy said.

Of course, both Newsom and Murphy inviting folks to leave Florida and move to New Jersey or California is laughable at best.

Like Gavin Newsom, Phil Murphy imposed harsh lockdowns and mandates on New Jersey residents.

But even though both Governors are attacking DeSantis and inviting Floridians to move to their states, the latest data shows the reverse is happening, as people are fleeing for Florida in “droves.”

According to a report compiled by the travel site moveBuddha, “people are fleeing New Jersey in droves,” as “the Garden State has the highest proportion of residents moving away out of all 50 states.”

The report also found that when New Jersey residents move, they are heading to Florida, with one in four fleeing New Jersians heading to the Sunshine State.

Newsom and Murphy tried to score cheap points by attacking DeSantis.

But the numbers don’t lie.

And the data clearly shows people prefer DeSantis’ freedom to their blue-state tyranny.
