Ron DeSantis just dropped the hammer on Joe Biden with this massive truth bomb about skyrocketing gas prices

Inflation is soaring.

Joe Biden is trying to shuck the blame by calling it “Putin’s price hike.”

But Ron DeSantis just dropped the hammer on Joe Biden with this massive truth bomb about skyrocketing gas prices.

On his first day as President, Joe Biden declared war on American energy.

Biden ended construction on the Keystone XL Pipeline.

And Biden also suspended oil drilling leases on all federal land, including in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

As a result of Biden’s anti-fossil fuels agenda combined with his socialist spending spree, inflation is skyrocketing across the country, with the price on everything from gas to groceries surging.

On Thursday, the national average price for a gallon of gasoline broke another record, reaching $4.418.

That’s up from $4.37 on Tuesday, which was also a record-setting day.

But apparently Joe Biden doesn’t care about Americans who are struggling with skyrocketing inflation.

And on Thursday, Joe Biden canceled even more oil and gas leases in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico, which sent gas prices even higher.

On Friday the national average went even higher, reaching $4.432 per gallon of gasoline.

While Joe Biden continues to refuse to accept any responsibility for inflation, many Republicans, and even some members of the corporate-controlled media, are calling Biden out for it.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is one of the Republicans willing to place the blame for inflation directly at the feet of Joe Biden where it belongs.

“Americans are struggling with record gas prices – up over 50% since Biden took office – but he doesn’t care,” DeSantis wrote on social media. “Rather than expand domestic energy production, he continues to reduce U.S. production capacity (increasing our reliance on foreign oil) by canceling our oil & gas leases.”

DeSantis is taking action at the state level to try to ease the pain Floridians are feeling at the pump from Joe Biden’s inflation.

As DeSantis Daily previously reported, the Governor recently signed a $1.2 billion tax relief package, which includes gas tax relief for the month of October.

“We’re doing $200 million in gas tax holiday, so that will reduce the fuel tax on October 1st by about 25 cents a gallon,” DeSantis said at the time.

Even though the entire country is struggling from Biden’s economy, thanks to Ron DeSantis’ leadership, Florida is set to weather the storm much better than other states.
