Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is looking for a comeback story in the GOP Presidential nomination.
DeSantis just got a surprising boost.
And Ron DeSantis just got the biggest endorsement of his Presidential campaign.
There is no bigger enemy of parents, school children and the concept of learning than teacher’s union head honcho Randi Weingarten.
During the Republican Presidential debate, Weingarten fired off the usual pack of lies liberals tell about conservative efforts to defend parent’s rights in education and keep woke ideology out of the classroom as somehow one step short of 1930s Germany.
DeSantis has been a disaster on education. They’re banning history, they’re banning books, banning AP psych, and have a terrible teacher shortage. Nobody should be taking advice form him on schools. #GOPdebate

But Randi Weingarten should be the last one to talk about being a “disaster in education.”
Florida Republican Party Vice Chairman Evan Power blasted Weingarten as being the one official in America more responsible for pandemic school closures and mask mandates that punished children and retarded their education and social developments.

The teacher’s union is the biggest and nastiest player in the Democrat Party.
No Democrat can win an election without the support of the teacher’s unions.
And the unions wanted schools closed in 2020 and 2021.
Emails showed the Biden administration’s Centers for Disease Control essentially let the teacher’s union write the school opening guidelines that were so strict that it allowed Democrats to bow to union wishes and keep kids out of the classrooms.
The lockdowns and mask mandates proved to be the greatest harm ever inflicted on children.
A study showed how American school children fell behind by a half year in both reading and math.
“Math, reading, and history scores from the past three years show that students experienced a significant decline in learning during the pandemic. The team’s calculations indicate that by the spring of 2022, the average student was lagging by approximately one-half year in math and one-third of a year in reading,” Harvard Magazine wrote.
Randi Weingarten is the symbol of pandemic era failure and tyranny that galvanized parents to swing Virginia to the GOP for the first time since 2009 in the 2021 statewide elections and which helped power the red wave in Florida during the 2022 Midterms.
If DeSantis is ever to get back in the GOP race, any day of the debate that is focused on his decision to keep schools open in 2021 is a good day for the DeSantis campaign.
