Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is taking a sledgehammer to the Left’s woke agenda.
The Biden administration is trying to stop him.
But Ron DeSantis just put Joe Biden on notice that Florida will not comply with this sick federal mandate.
The Left’s woke ideology infiltrated and captured virtually every institution in America over the past decade.
Republican officials were afraid to fight back out of fears of being attacked and smeared by the media as “hateful” or “mean” to the LGBT community.
But that all changed when Ron DeSantis entered the fight and vowed to rid the Sunshine State of the Left’s woke ideology.
Since the woke Left dominates America’s educational system, DeSantis first set his sights on Florida’s schools.
He removed Critical Race Theory from the curriculum and signed a bill prohibiting the teaching of gender and sex to children in elementary school.
DeSantis also banned performing sex-change operations and giving hormone treatments to minor children in Florida.
During a recent interview with the Daily Show, Joe Biden called Florida’s ban on procedures for minor children “sinful” and “terrible.”
“What’s going on in Florida is, as my mother would say, close to sinful,” Biden said. “It’s just terrible what they’re doing.”
But Ron DeSantis called out Joe Biden in a post on social media for supporting the “mutilation of minors.”
“It is not ‘sinful’ to prohibit the mutilation of minors,” DeSantis wrote. “It is not acceptable for the federal government to mandate that procedures like sex change operations be allowed for kids.”

Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration also responded to Biden’s remark in a statement to Fox News.
“The ‘gender-affirming’ model pushed by the Biden Administration is decades behind other developed countries, including Sweden and most recently Norway,” Florida Agency for Health Care Administration secretary Jason Weida said. “What is ‘sinful’ is the establishment pushing harmful surgeries and treatment with long-term effects on minors with no accountability or transparency,” Weida continued, before adding that “last year, the Agency conducted a thorough review of several services promoted by the Federal Government to treat gender dysphoria and found that these services – sex reassignment surgery, cross-sex hormones, and puberty blockers – are not consistent with widely accepted professional medical standards and are experimental and investigational with the potential for harmful long-term effects.”
The radical Left took over America’s educational system and used their power to groom children with their woke gender insanity.
They’re now going one step further by performing sex-change operations and giving hormone treatments and puberty blockers to minor children without so much as parental consent.
And Ron DeSantis is standing up to this sick agenda in Florida.
