Ron DeSantis just slammed Joe Biden for revoking one of Trump’s successful border policies

The border crisis is out of control.

But thanks to Joe Biden, it’s about to get even worse.

And Ron DeSantis just slammed Joe Biden for revoking one of Trump’s successful border policies.

During his 2020 Presidential campaign, Joe Biden ran as the open borders, pro-amnesty candidate.

Unfortunately, this is the one promise Joe Biden has followed through on during his time in office.

On his first day as President, Joe Biden stopped construction on Trump’s border wall, reinstituted the dangerous “catch and release” policy, suspended all deportations for at least 100 days, and vowed to grant amnesty to any illegal alien who made it across the border and into the country.

As a result, record-breaking numbers of illegal aliens are flooding across the border, with federal immigration officials apprehending more than one million border crossers and illegal aliens since October 1.

But the illegal immigration crisis is about to get much worse after Joe Biden’s decision to end the Title 42 border patrol policy put in place by Donald Trump.

Title 42 allowed Border Patrol agents to quickly deport illegal aliens for public health concerns during the pandemic.

Officials from the Biden administration even admit that revoking Title 42 will likely result in a massive influx of illegal aliens flooding across the border – potentially half-a-million new illegal aliens arriving at the border each month.

However, Republican Governors across the country are taking action to protect their citizens from the illegal immigration crisis by suing Joe Biden for his neglect.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt just filed a lawsuit against Joe Biden’s plans to end Title 42.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is also taking action to protect Floridians from Joe Biden’s border crisis.

Last week, as DeSantis Daily reported, Ron DeSantis announced that the man charged in the brutal murder of a couple in Daytona Beach was an illegal alien with multiple prior drug charges that were dropped by a soft-on-crime state attorney.

And now Ron DeSantis is blasting Joe Biden for allowing Title 42 to expire.

“Joe Biden’s reckless border policies have allowed 2+ million foreigners to enter our country illegally via the southern border,” DeSantis wrote on Twitter. “Revoking Title 42 will supercharge the skyrocketing flow of illegal aliens, increasing drug, human and sex trafficking,” DeSantis continued.

“This is a dereliction of duty!” he added.

Ron DeSantis previously signed a bill that outlaws so-called “sanctuary cities” in Florida and requires local governments to cooperate with Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) agents.

DeSantis also issued an Executive Order prohibiting Florida agencies from assisting the Biden administration in transporting illegal immigrants.

On Friday, DeSantis announced that Florida’s Attorney General Ashely Moody was leading Alabama and Georgia in a separate complaint over Joe Biden’s border crisis.

In her complaint, Moody argues Joe Biden is failing to perform the duties required by Congress by continuing to operate under unlawful immigration enforcement priorities.

“The Biden administration’s refusal to deport criminals here illegally after they complete their sentences makes us all less safe,” Moody said in a statement. “Biden’s lax immigration policies are exacerbating the opioid crisis, facilitating human trafficking and further jeopardizing overall public safety,” Moody continued. “As Attorney General, I will continue fighting these unlawful immigration policies until the President is forced to do his job and secure the southwest border.”

Polls show illegal immigration is one of the top issues facing voters in November.

And with the crisis spiraling out of control, Democrats are expected to take a beating at the polls this fall.
