The left-wing media is determined to start a feud between DeSantis and Trump over the 2024 GOP nomination.
But Ron DeSantis just told the press three words about 2024 that will put a smile on Donald Trump’s face.
Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are the two Republicans who the Democrats and left-wing media fear the most.
With Joe Biden’s approval ratings in the tank, the corporate-controlled press is worried sick about the possibility of Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis running against Biden in 2024.
Most everyone expects Donald Trump to run for President again in 2024.
But with Ron DeSantis’ popularity soaring nationwide, he’s now considered a top contender for the GOP nomination.
No other Republican comes close to the amount of support Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis receive in Republican Primary Presidential polling.
Since the media are terrified of Trump and DeSantis, they’re attempting to start a feud between the two in an effort to take them both down due to internal fighting.
Of course, Trump and DeSantis are friends and political allies.
And neither one of them has said anything negative about the other.
That hasn’t stopped the media from constantly talking about Donald Trump running against Ron DeSantis in 2024 for the GOP nomination.
But Ron DeSantis has had enough of the media chirping non-stop about him and Trump feuding over 2024.
And during a press conference in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, Ron DeSantis addressed the media’s constant discussion about whether or not he is planning to run for President in 2024.
“It’s just ridiculous,” DeSantis said.
“What is this obsession with ’24? Like, we don’t even have the ’22 election,” DeSantis continued.
DeSantis then exposed the real reason why the media has an “obsession” with talking about 2024 more than they do about the November Midterms.
“I think it’s because the media knows that the Democrats are going to get hammered in 2022,” DeSantis said, before adding “they don’t want to talk about it.”
Polls show DeSantis is correct.
Joe Biden’s Presidency is a disaster and is dragging down Democrats across the board.
Republicans only need to flip five seats to take the House and one seat to take the Senate and fire Pelosi and Schumer.
And right now most political experts agree that Democrats are headed for a bloodbath in November.
DeSantis also poked fun at the media for claiming every move he makes is him “plotting a political future.”
“It’s just funny,” DeSantis said. “It’s like, you know: ‘In a sure sign he’s plotting a political future, Governor DeSantis is taking his kids to get ice cream’ or something like that.”
DeSantis is facing his first gubernatorial re-election this fall.
And even though the media has an “obsession” with him running for President, DeSantis says his only concern is serving the people of Florida and getting re-elected to a second term.
