The Left’s woke ideology is destroying America.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is fighting back.
And Ron DeSantis just made one decision that sent MSNBC’s Joy Reid into a rage.
On Wednesday evening, Ron DeSantis’ Press Secretary, Christina Pushaw, posted a message on social media alerting the public about a “MAJOR announcement tomorrow morning” from the Governor.
“Prepare for the liberal media meltdown of the year,” Pushaw continued. “Everyone get some rest tonight.”
Pushaw wasn’t joking when she predicted DeSantis’ announcement would cause “the liberal media meltdown of the year.”
On Thursday morning, DeSantis held a press conference where he announced he was suspending 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for refusing to enforce the law.
“We are suspending Soros-backed 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for neglecting his duties as he pledges not to uphold the laws of the state,” DeSantis stated.
DeSantis noted that Warren was one of the many George Soros-backed prosecutors across the country who are beholden to left-wing “social justice” instead of law and order.
On Thursday evening, MSNBC host Joy Reid flew into a fit of rage over Warren’s suspension, accusing the Florida Governor of being part of a “white nationalist movement.”
“I see the most Orbanization in somebody like DeSantis who has this sort of propaganda school that he’s sending teachers to in the summer where they teach them that Thomas Jefferson and George Washington opposed slavery and don’t bother to mention that they owned slaves, where he’s essentially forcing teachers to accept this indoctrination,” Reid said.
Reid was referencing Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Dallas, Texas.
“He fired a U.S. state attorney who refused to prosecute people related to abortion,” Reid continued. “Where he’s doing these openly authoritarian sort of Orbanist things, pushing what does feel like a version of White replacement theory, that you can’t make white children feel uncomfortable in school, that you can’t say anything about racism in the workplace, that you have to sort of create this sort of white nationalist environment everywhere or else,” Reid added.
Of course, Reid is lying about why DeSantis suspended Warren.
“This isn’t about abortion or any one thing, it’s about having accountability to our system of law and order to prosecute crime,” a statement from DeSantis’ office read. “There has been a pattern developing in Hillsborough County where one person picks and chooses which laws he wishes to enforce.”
Reid wasn’t the only host on MSNBC to fly off the rails over Warren’s suspension.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough called DeSantis a “dope” and warned viewers that he was “bad for American democracy.”
But Ron DeSantis can’t be pressured by the corporate-controlled media like most every other Republican official.
DeSantis is a true leader.
The people of Florida are sick of the Left’s woke ideology.
And DeSantis is fighting for the people, not the media.
