Joe Biden and the Democrats have declared war on American energy production.
They’re using climate change as the excuse to force the Left’s Green New Deal on the country.
But Ron DeSantis revealed one truth about energy production that the radical environmentalists are trying to keep hidden from the public.
The Left is using fear over “climate change” to try and control every aspect of the American people’s lives, from what type of car they drive to what they are allowed to eat.
During a press conference on Wednesday where he announced his “Framework for Freedom” budget, Ron DeSantis brought up the issue to reporters.
“[They use climate change] to regulate and control everything people do, and we reject that in the state of Florida,” DeSantis said. “They claim climate change for gas stoves – they claim all this stuff.”
“Notice how they don’t like gas, natural gas, they don’t like oil – they say it all should be windmills and solar panels,” he continued.
DeSantis then pointed out one truth about energy production that the radical environmentalists try to keep a secret from the public.
“But what’s the cleanest of all?” DeSantis asked the press. “Nuclear,” he added.
DeSantis noted that even though nuclear is the cleanest form of energy we currently have, the Left “almost all oppose nuclear.”
He pointed to this as proof that Democrats use fear about climate change for the sole purpose of “control.”
“I do think that’s really what they use more than anything else to try to justify exerting control over people in this country, and we’re not gonna let that happen,” DeSantis promised.

DeSantis also took a jab at the Left by adding a proposal to his Freedom Budget that would permanently remove taxes on gas stoves after news recently surfaced that Democrats were looking to ban them in America.
“No tax permanently on gas stoves,” DeSantis said. “They want your gas stove, and we’re not gonna let that happen,” he continued, before adding that “they want to go after the gas stoves, and so, we’re saying we want you to be able to buy those.”

Florida voters re-elected Ron DeSantis with a 19-point landslide victory.
