Ron DeSantis has been at war with the Biden administration for the past two years.
It all started when Ron DeSantis ignored Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci’s mandates.
And now Ron DeSantis just said three words about his future plans that are bad news for Joe Biden.
Former South Carolina Governor and U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley announced her candidacy this week to become the first well-known Republican candidate to challenge Donald Trump for the 2024 GOP nomination.
Of course, Nikki Haley poses zero threat to Donald Trump in the Republican Primary.
Haley is a RINO with a long history of flip-flopping on the issues.
The only Republican who most believe poses a threat to Trump in 2024 is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis was already a rock star in the Republican Party due to his pro-freedom pandemic policies and his war against the Left’s woke ideology.
But after his 19-point re-election victory – where he turned Florida Red and gained a supermajority in the legislature – DeSantis catapulted to the top of the GOP primary polls.
DeSantis is keeping his plans for 2024 close to his chest and is choosing to focus on fighting for Floridians.
But that hasn’t stopped Donald Trump from launching attacks against the Governor.
However, DeSantis remains disciplined and refuses to engage or respond.
During a recent interview with the Washington Examiner, DeSantis was asked why he ignores the barbs from Trump.
“Look, I have the responsibility to govern a state, and I’ve got to focus on delivering results,” DeSantis said.
With Joe Biden’s Presidency destroying the country, DeSantis said his top priority is to protect the people of Florida from the destruction.
“I’ve also got to protect the people against Biden’s policies,” DeSantis continued. “And so when I’m getting in fights, I’m fighting Biden.”
The Governor said he doesn’t see any benefit in attacking other Republicans right now when Biden and the Democrats are pushing their socialist agenda down our throats.
“I want other Republicans to do well,” DeSantis said. “I don’t want any Republican to do poorly, so I’m not in a situation where taking potshots against other Republicans is something that I think is beneficial.”
DeSantis added that his main goal is to “just keep delivering results and fighting back against the Biden administration.”
Ron DeSantis is still keeping quiet about his plans for 2024.
But many insiders expect him to run and to make his announcement after the legislative session ends in May.
