Ron DeSantis took one trip that made CNN predict he will run for President in 2024

Ron DeSantis is a rising star in the Republican Party.

Aside from Donald Trump, there is no Republican more popular than Ron DeSantis with GOP voters nationwide.

And now Ron DeSantis took one trip that made CNN predict he will run for President in 2024.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is the most popular Republican elected official in America.

After gaining national attention for his pro-freedom policies during the pandemic, Ron DeSantis has continued to lead the fight on several of the issues that matter most to GOP voters, such as election integrity, defending the sanctity of life, and protecting young children from the Left’s woke ideology.

Polls now show that if Donald Trump decides not to run for President again in 2024, Ron DeSantis will be the clear frontrunner to win the GOP nomination.

However, Ron DeSantis currently maintains his position that he isn’t even thinking about running for President in 2024 right now because he is facing his own re-election as Governor this fall.

Agricultural Commissioner Nikki Fried and former Governor Charlie Crist are the top two Democrats seeking the opportunity to run against Ron DeSantis in November.

But not only do polls show DeSantis leading both Fried and Crist by double digits, but he is also crushing them in fundraising, bringing in a record-breaking $105 million for his re-election campaign.

Even though DeSantis says his only focus is serving as Governor and getting elected to another term, many political pundits believe he is planning to run for President in 2024.

And Ron DeSantis took a trip to Nevada that the left-wing media says is a sure sign that he will seek the Oval Office.

On Wednesday, DeSantis made an appearance at a “Rise Up” rally in Las Vegas for Republican Senate candidate Adam Laxalt, who is also backed by former President Donald Trump.

Laxalt is DeSantis’ former Naval officer school classmate.

And this was the first campaign trip outside of Florida for DeSantis, who doesn’t usually campaign for candidates outside of the Sunshine State.

But given all that’s at stake in November – inflation, illegal immigration, and election integrity – DeSantis felt it was necessary to make the trip to help boost Laxalt in the polls ahead of the Republican Primary.

“You need to elect people that aren’t just going to tell you what you want to hear,” DeSantis began. “Because every single person that runs as a Republican in these primaries, they all say the same thing,” he continued, before adding, “and yet so many of these Republicans, when they get into office, they don’t do anything.”

DeSantis then offered his full endorsement of Adam Laxalt.

“Even though I’m from Florida, I can tell you, if he gets elected to the United States Senate, he will represent my voice in the United States Senate,” DeSantis said to loud cheers. “He will represent the voice of the patriots all across this country who are looking for people to stand up and take this country back.”

DeSantis may claim he currently isn’t even thinking about running for President.

But he is a rock star among Republican voters, and is making all the moves that a potential Presidential candidate would make during a Midterm election.
