Ron DeSantis was just handed one set of numbers that is bad news for Joe Biden and the Democrats

Ron DeSantis refused to impose economy-crushing lockdowns and enforce mask and vaccine mandates in Florida during the pandemic.

The Left attacked DeSantis and accused him of causing harm to the people of his state.

But Ron DeSantis was just handed one set of numbers that is bad news for Joe Biden and the Democrats.

When Ron DeSantis refused to enforce Biden’s lockdowns or mandates, the Democrats and corporate-controlled media claimed that it would result in millions of Floridians unnecessarily dying from COVID.

But that didn’t happen.

Instead, the data shows that Florida is doing much better at handling COVID than Democrat-run states like New York and California that have the most strict mandates in place.

But that’s not the only major area where Florida is outperforming Democrat-run states.

Florida’s economy is also booming thanks to Ron DeSantis keeping the state open for business and allowing freedom to flourish.

Earlier this week, a press release from Ron DeSantis’ office announced that “Florida’s December 2021 economic data outperformed the nation with 20 consecutive months of job growth and 14 consecutive months of labor force increases.”

Florida’s labor force also increased by 6.1% in the past year.

This is “more than six times faster than the nation” and “is an excellent indicator of consumer confidence in the job market.”

Ron DeSantis touted the news as proof that his freedom-first economic policies are working.

“Month after month, the data continues to show that freedom-first economic policies create jobs and keep our economy moving,” Governor Ron DeSantis said. “Our new businesses and workforce growth show that Floridians have the opportunities they need to thrive. We will continue to lead the nation in economic growth because we value the individual freedoms of Floridians and protect the ability for our citizens to succeed.”

Of course, the economy is one of the top issues in every federal election.

This is bad news for Joe Biden, as a new Trafalgar Group poll found that 72% of likely voters believe their family finances will get worse or stay the same under his leadership in 2022.

Ron DeSantis’ economic and COVID policies are the exact opposite of the Biden administration’s.

And the fact that Florida is booming as Democrat-run states across the country are dealing with a major crisis will likely be a major GOP talking point in the November elections.
