The left-wing media is in a frenzy over the new TV ad “Top Gov” Ron DeSantis just released

Ron DeSantis is setting fundraising records, hauling in over $135 million for his re-election.

And the Florida Governor just put some of his massive warchest to use.

But the left-wing media is in a frenzy over the new TV ad “Top Gov” Ron DeSantis just released.

Ron DeSantis became a household name during the pandemic for challenging Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci’s COVID rules, restrictions, and mandates.

While the majority of Americans were forced to live under lockdowns, Ron DeSantis kept Florida open while also banning masks and vaccine mandates in the Sunshine State.

Of course, Democrats and their allies in the left-wing media attacked and smeared Ron DeSantis every step of the way.

But DeSantis does not back down from a fight.

He stood his ground, defended his pro-freedom policies, and the people of Florida benefited as a result of his leadership.

DeSantis also gained national attention by standing up to the woke Left and taking action against their radical agenda.

He removed Critical Race Theory from the curriculum, protected the integrity of women’s sports, and made sure children in Florida would not be indoctrinated with the Left’s radical transdgender ideology.

Just like during the pandemic, the left-wing media and the Democrats piled on and attacked DeSantis, calling him everything from a “dictator” to a “racist” to “anti-gay.”

Once again, DeSantis stood his ground and showed Republicans how to fight and win against the Left’s woke ideology.

The latest polls show Florida voters are happy with Ron DeSantis, as he is leading both Charlie Crist and Nikki Fried by wide margins in a hypothetical matchup.

DeSantis is also crushing the Democrats in fundraising.

On Tuesday, Ron DeSantis spent some of his record-breaking fundraising haul on a new hard-hitting TV ad.

The 30-second ad, called “Top Gov,” paralleled the massively popular movie that’s currently in theaters, Top Gun: Maverick.

The ad begins featuring Ron DeSantis wearing a leather jacket and aviator sunglasses from an air base dubbed “Freedom Headquarters.”

DeSantis is a decorated combat military veteran, earning both the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service and the Iraq Campaign Medal during his service.

“Good morning ladies and gentlemen,” DeSantis says at the beginning of the ad. “This is your Governor speaking. Today’s training evolution: dogfighting. Taking on the corporate media.”

DeSantis then listed out his “three rules of engagement” for dealing with the “corporate media.”

The first rule is “don’t fire unless fired upon.”

But once fired upon, DeSantis said it’s critical that “you fire back with overwhelming force.”

As DeSantis is explaining rule number one, the ad cuts to a flashback of him taking on the left-wing media during a press conference as an example.

DeSantis said rule number two is to “never ever back down from a fight.”

For example, the ad cut back to another press conference where DeSantis ripped a reporter for spewing left-wing talking points, asking her “are you going to give a speech or ask the question?”

DeSantis then reveals rule number three, which is “don’t accept their narrative,” before the ad shows two clips of him pushing back against the Biden’s administration’s COVID narrative.

The ad closes with Ron DeSantis holding his son, Mason, while both are wearing leather jackets and sporting aviator shades.

Casey DeSantis shared the new “Top Gov” ad on Twitter for her followers to see.

“Top Gov… Dogfighting… Taking on the Corporate Media…

Rules of Engagement are as Follows:” Casey DeSantis wrote.

The new ad coincided with Tuesday’s Democrat Primary.

DeSantis is armed with a $130 million war chest.

And he’s likely to use his funds on more ads touting his successful pro-freedom policies.
