An Uber driver screamed three words after an illegal alien did the unthinkable during a Miami ride

Feb 13, 2026

Joe Biden's open border turned American streets into hunting grounds for predators.

One woman learned that lesson in the most horrifying way possible.

And an Uber driver screamed three words after an illegal alien did the unthinkable during a Miami ride.

Woman Trapped In Destroyed Vehicle After Assault

An Uber driver in Miami thought she was picking up just another passenger on January 31, 2026.

Oscar Ernesto Sanchez-Aguire, 26, had other plans.

The illegal alien from El Salvador told the woman to turn down a dark street in Little Havana.

That's when he covered her mouth and began sexually assaulting her while she was driving.

"In that moment, I panicked and lost control of the car and crashed," the victim said.

The SUV slammed into another vehicle before crashing into a concrete wall.

The driver's side was completely destroyed.

An eyewitness, Candela Navarro, arrived at the scene moments after impact and saw the woman trapped inside.

"She was, like, stuck inside of the car and in a state of shock that you can't even imagine," Navarro said.

The car looked like it could explode at any second.

Navarro rushed to help anyway.

"He Tried To Rape Me"

The victim was trapped in the wreckage with bruising to her chest, scratches on her neck, and scrapes on her mouth.

When Navarro reached the destroyed vehicle, the driver screamed the same thing over and over.

"What she immediately [said] was, 'He tried to rape me, he tried to rape me, he tried to touch me, abuse me,'" Navarro recalled.

Sanchez-Aguire jumped out of the crashed car and ran.

Local authorities caught him a short distance away.

He was charged with battery and culpable negligence resulting in injuries with bond set at $1,450.

That's when Immigration and Customs Enforcement discovered something that should make every American furious.

Biden's Open Borders Created This Nightmare

Oscar Ernesto Sanchez-Aguire snuck across the border undetected at an unknown date and location, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Nobody knew he was here.

Nobody was tracking him.

He was free to roam American streets until he decided to attack an innocent woman just trying to earn a living.

"This is yet another example of how years of open border policies have resulted in a heartbreaking number of preventable attacks," Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said. "This monster should never have been in our country in the first place and had the opportunity to prey on this innocent woman."

ICE lodged an arrest detainer on February 3 asking Miami authorities not to release Sanchez-Aguire back into the community without notifying federal agents.

"Every day we're working to get illegal aliens out of our country before more innocent Americans are victimized," McLaughlin added.

This attack didn't happen in a vacuum.

Biden and Harris kept the southern border wide open for four years while millions of illegal aliens poured into the country.

The administration had no idea who was entering, where they went, or what crimes they might commit.

Now women like this Uber driver pay the price for Democrats' reckless border policies.

Sanchez-Aguire should have been stopped at the border and deported immediately.

Instead, he was free to sexually assault a woman and nearly kill her in a violent crash.

How many more Americans have to be victimized before Democrats admit their border failures are destroying lives?
