An arrest by ICE in Florida over one scary crime left Border Czar Tom Homan seeing red

“Border Czar” Tom Homan is cleaning up the mess left by Joe Biden.

What he is finding is worse than he ever imagined.

And an arrest by ICE in Florida over one scary crime left “Border Czar” Tom Homan seeing red.

Venezuelan gang member arrested after Joe Biden welcomed him into the country

A suspected member of the bloodthirsty Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua was arrested in Homestead, Florida, for illegally possessing a firearm.

Luis Ernesto Veliz Riera, a 24-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela, was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents last month for having a handgun with a 30-round magazine in his hotel room.

Federal prosecutors charged him with possessing a firearm as an illegal alien.

Tren de Aragua has spread to more than 20 states after they moved into the country under former President Joe Biden.

The gang made national headlines last summer when a video went viral on social media of its members threatening residents of an Aurora, Colorado apartment complex with guns.

Authorities have arrested Tren de Aragua members for murder, drug and human trafficking, theft, and fraud.

Riera was one of the millions of illegal aliens that Biden rolled out the welcome mat for during his four years.

He illegally crossed the border in El Paso, Texas in April 2023.

The Border Patrol set him free because of a scam created by the Biden administration.

Biden used a phone app to fast-track illegal immigration

Riera told the authorities in El Paso that he was on his way to Las Vegas, Nevada.

He was allowed to use the CBP One smartphone app to make an asylum claim with the promise that he would show up at a future court date.

Migrants in Mexico have made more than 64.3 million requests to enter the U.S. using the app.

Riera had a Notice to Appear before an immigration court date set in Las Vegas.

He skipped that court date because he was waiting in El Paso for his girlfriend, an illegal alien from Venezuela, to cross the border from Mexico.

The couple left El Paso to travel to Chicago, New York City, and finally, Homestead, where Riera was arrested.

A federal immigration judge ordered that he be deported in April 2024, a year after he skipped his first court date.

Homestead, Florida police arrested him in October 2024 after they pulled him over during a traffic stop and discovered that he had two outstanding warrants in Illinois for burglary and retail theft.

Riera was placed in a detention facility for illegal aliens in Miami-Dade County.

ICE officials released him back onto the streets despite being a suspected criminal and gang member under a policy by the Biden administration.

President Donald Trump is targeting violent criminals and national security threats as the first phase of his mass deportation plan.

That is why he was finally arrested by ICE and will be deported.

Joe Biden’s administration welcomed criminals into the country who illegally crossed the southern border and allowed them to roam freely, preying on innocent Americans.
