Woke Leftists claim they need diversity “inclusion standards” to be treated fairly in the workforce.

But a bombshell report revealed yet another example of “do as I say and not as I do.” 

And an explosive leak just proved how woke Disney execs were busted using discriminatory hiring practices. 

Disney execs are the ones discriminating

Woke organizations like Disney continue to spread the false narrative that businesses use “discriminatory” practices when hiring.

But the truth is Disney is the one who is using their left-wing agenda to exclude hiring or promoting those who they feel do not promote “diversity”.

America First Legal (AFL) claimed Disney violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which states employers cannot discriminate based on race, sex, national origin, or religion.

It seems pretty basic.

But according to AFL, Disney does just that.

In a letter to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), AFL wrote, “Disney admits and affirms that it knowingly and intentionally uses race, color, sex, or national origin as motivating factors in its employment practices.”

The letter adds that Disney “maintains multiple programs that facilitate the limiting, segregating, or classifying of employees or applicants for employment and new business in ways that would deprive or tend to deprive, white, male, or heterosexual individuals of employment, training, or promotions because of their race, color, sex, or national origin.”

Bogus “diversity and inclusion policies”

Of course, Disney claims they are simply implanting “diversity and inclusion” polices to advocate for “underrepresented voices.”

Essentially if a person cannot advance their “diversity” narrative,” Disney ignores them.

So just how bad is it?

AFL wrote Disney admitted to “engaging in unlawful race and sex-based workforce balancing” by deliberately hiring minorities instead of white people.

In the letter to the EEOC, AFL wrote, “From FY 2020 to FY 2021, the percentage of “people of color” working as directors for Disney rose by 6%, the percentage of white directors dropped by 6% and that from FY 2021 to FY 2022, the percentage of white Disney workforce companywide dropped by 3.6%.”

And if there was any other doubt, Disney has a grant program that only supports “Underrepresented Directors” which AFL claims only awards grants to “women, AAPI, Black, Indigenous/Native, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, disability identifying, and religiously marginalized individuals.”

DeSantis was on the right side

While the media criticized DeSantis for going after Disney, it looks like yet again, he is on the right side of the fight.

Woke Disney execs are obsessed with forcing the rest of America to adopt their radical pro-LGBT and anti-family policies.

They falsely accuse DeSantis of discriminating against companies by putting an end to the “diversity, equity, and inclusion” nonsense in colleges and shutting down the racist agenda of the Left.

Yet all this time, it turns out the real people discriminating against people based on race, are the radical Left employees at Disney.
