Kayla Hamilton was 20 years old when an MS-13 member Biden’s DHS placed into the country strangled her to death in Maryland.

The Takedown Was Caught on Camera
On April 14, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement – working alongside the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol – pulled over Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla and put him in handcuffs.
ICE gave Fox News exclusive footage of the arrest.
“Driver, hands out the window, now!” an officer shouts, while a translator repeats the command in Spanish.
After Peralta-Sevilla was cuffed, officers circled the truck.
They found narcotics.
They seized the vehicle for driving without a valid license.
Then an ICE deputy explained exactly who they had taken off Florida’s streets.
“He’s associated with the MS-13 transnational gang, is also a known suspected terrorist,” the deputy said on camera.
ICE Director Todd Lyons followed with the official statement: “He is a member of MS-13, a designated foreign terrorist organization, and he’s currently pending removal proceedings with a Department of Justice immigration judge. He’ll stay in our custody pending the outcome of those proceedings.”
That phrase – known suspected terrorist – is not a formality.
It’s the direct result of President Trump designating MS-13 a Foreign Terrorist Organization on February 20, 2025.
Under Biden, this man had paperwork problems.
Under Trump, he’s a terrorist in federal custody.
This Man Has Been Here Since 2013
Peralta-Sevilla – a 31-year-old Honduran national – first crossed the border illegally in July 2013.
Border Patrol agents encountered him in the Rio Grande Valley, where he admitted he was a citizen of Honduras and was in the country illegally.
An immigration judge gave him a bond.
He stayed.

That’s 13 years he lived in Palm Beach County while his MS-13 affiliation went unchecked – the same 13 years Biden spent dismantling the enforcement infrastructure that might have found him sooner.
House Judiciary investigators documented exactly how bad the Biden years were: in fiscal year 2023, ICE removed 41 percent fewer aliens with criminal convictions than in 2020 – and nearly 60 percent fewer than in 2019.
By December 2023, more than 617,000 criminal illegal aliens were free inside the United States.
Every one of them could have been Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla.
What Those Two Words Actually Mean
When that ICE deputy called Peralta-Sevilla a “known suspected terrorist” on camera, he wasn’t being dramatic.
He was using the precise legal language that flows from Trump’s FTO designation – the same designation applied to al-Qaeda and Hezbollah.
It means federal prosecutors can freeze MS-13 assets, charge anyone who provides them material support, and pursue terrorism-level sentences against members who previously faced only immigration charges.
It means no more bond hearings, no more disappearing into the country for another decade.

Under Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE has already arrested more than 7,000 gang members.
Hundreds of MS-13 terrorists have been transferred to CECOT – El Salvador’s maximum-security Terrorism Confinement Center – built specifically so they can never reach another American neighborhood.
Kayla Hamilton’s family buried her because Biden decided MS-13 members deserved sponsors and second chances.
Trump decided they deserved handcuffs and a terrorist designation.
