Disney spent decades selling itself as the safest place on earth for kids.
Now the man who wore the Mickey Mouse suit just got arrested with two backpacks full of diapers while trying to meet a 13-year-old boy.
Sheriff Grady Judd wants you to know exactly what was hiding inside the Magic Kingdom.
How Sheriff Judd Caught 281 Predators in One Week
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd ran the largest undercover operation his office has ever conducted – a week-long sweep called "Polk Around and Find Out II" – and when the dust settled, 281 people were in handcuffs.
Seventeen of them had been going to work for Disney or Universal Studios.
The sting ran two operations simultaneously.

The first targeted adults traveling to meet children for sex.
The second hit human trafficking networks.
Together, they produced 488 new criminal charges, including 198 felonies.
Nine suspects were actively serving probation when they walked into Judd's trap.
Nine more had already been caught in prior Polk County stings.
They came back anyway.
What They Brought With Them
Collin Klaco, 24, formerly performed as Mickey Mouse at Disney World.
He arrived to meet what he believed was a 13-year-old boy carrying two backpacks stuffed with diapers and baby wipes.
Adam Snyder, 24, worked in Toy Story Land.
When deputies arrested him, they found part of his Disney costume and his employee ID inside his car.
Colin Gormican, 28, worked the Slinky Dog ride.
Alex Camacho, 25, worked at Disney food services.
Brandon Quispe, 27, worked in Disney human resources – the department responsible for protecting employees and guests.
Then there was Rashion Crayton, 31, head coach of the Davenport Titans youth football team.

The Titans compete in the Mid-Florida youth conference, fielding players between 11 and 14 years old.
Crayton thought he was going to meet a 14-year-old girl.
He arrived with a battery-operated sex toy and lubricant tucked inside an Uber Eats bag.
Sheriff Judd had one line for that: "The next time Uber Eats shows up at your house, I wonder what was in that Uber Eats bag just before your McDonald's."
Twenty-four of the 31 child predators arrived armed.
Sixteen were illegal migrants who have since been handed over to ICE.
Disney Spent Three Years Fighting Parents in Court While This Was Happening
This is not new.
In 1998, investigative journalist Peter Schweizer published Disney: The Mouse Betrayed – a book documenting how Disney had been allowing people with criminal records to work inside its parks because the company wasn't running background checks.
The book forced Disney to implement those checks.
That was 28 years ago.
Schweizer posted on X this week: "I first wrote about predators working at Disney World in the book 'Disney the Mouse Betrayed' in 1998. That book forced the Mouse to conduct criminal background checks. But…13 park employees just picked up in a sting."
Same company. Same problem.
New victims.
Disney employees turned up in a Polk County child predator sting in 2021.
They turned up again now.
This is the same Disney that spent years suing Ron DeSantis in court over Florida's Parental Rights in Education bill – the law that said teachers couldn't discuss sex and gender identity with six-year-olds.

Disney called that law dangerous.
Disney said it was protecting children.
Meanwhile, the man who used to wear the Mickey Mouse suit showed up to a sting with two backpacks of diapers – because he thought a child was waiting for him.
Florida authorities have arrested more than 2,300 child predators statewide since February 2025.
Disney just fired 13 of them.
They were on the payroll the whole time.
