Democrats are in panic mode after Ron DeSantis revealed his “sole focus” for the next three years

Feb 9, 2024

For the past several months, Ron DeSantis split his time between performing his duties as Governor and campaigning for President.

But DeSantis dropped out of the Presidential race after Iowa.

And Democrats are in panic mode after Ron DeSantis revealed his “sole focus” for the next three years.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was viewed as a serious threat to Donald Trump when he first entered the Presidential Primary race last May.

During the pandemic, DeSantis gained national name recognition for his willingness to stand up to Anthony Fauci’s COVID rules and restrictions.

DeSantis opened Florida up for business and banned masks and vaccine mandates in the Sunshine State.

He also showed Republicans how to fight and win against the Left’s woke ideology.

After promising to make Florida be “where woke goes to die,” DeSantis followed through by removing Critical Race Theory from the curriculum, prohibiting biological males from competing against women, and putting an end to grooming young kids with the transgender agenda.

And despite Republicans underperforming in the Midterm elections, DeSantis crushed Democrat Charlie Crist by 19 points and led the GOP to a super majority in the state legislature.

Polls showed DeSantis as a top-tier candidate when he jumped into the race in May.

DeSantis spent the next several months on the road meeting with voters in the important GOP Primary battleground states.

But DeSantis failed to gain any traction in the polls as Republicans rallied behind former President Donald Trump.

After he finished 30 points behind Donald Trump in the Iowa Caucus, DeSantis dropped out and endorsed the former President.

But while DeSantis’ bid for the White House may be over, his fight against the woke Left continues in Florida.

And DeSantis is not wasting time picking up the fight where he left off.

During a recent press conference, DeSantis said, “We have a very important, good, consequential job that we have for three years.”

“You know, we’ve not been doing any campaigning,” DeSantis said. “I mean, we’ve probably done more than any Governor in the country just in the last couple of weeks and that’s, I think that’s what people expect.”

DeSantis noted his accomplishments and then vowed to “do a lot” more over the next three years.

“We probably got more done than any Governor has ever been able to do in 2023,” he noted. “And we’re going to do a lot, you know, in these next three years, for sure,” he continued. “So, we’re excited about that.”

DeSantis may be excited about fighting the woke nonsense, but it has the radical Left in panic mode.
