ESPN spent years lecturing America about what real men look like.
Jon Sumrall just reminded them what one actually does.
He buried Dan Orlovsky on national television with a single photo and Orlovsky has no answer for it.

Dan Orlovsky has never won a game as a head coach.
He spent most of the legendary 0-16 Detroit Lions season as the starting quarterback, took a safety when he accidentally ran out of the back of his own end zone, and spent the rest of his career as a backup.
Then ESPN paid him to tell America how football men are supposed to behave.
Monday, Orlovsky hopped on Get Up and declared war on pedicures after Sumrall's wife mentioned her husband gets one every two weeks during football season.
"I am completely against pedicures for dudes,” he said. “You're a dude, you're not supposed to get pedicures."
"I'd rather have awful feet than get pedicures," he added.

He threw in a shot at a buddy who takes his teenage son to get them.

Sumrall went on X and posted a clip without a word of explanation.
It was from a 2024 episode of First Take – the one where Orlovsky got hold of Molly Qerim's shoe, a pair of heels Stephen A. Smith bought her after losing a college football bet, raised it to his face, and took a prolonged sniff of the inside.
Qerim's reaction: "Are you really sniffing the shoe? I just got the shoe and I have tights on. Don't be weird."
Stephen A. immediately floated the foot fetish theory.
Sharpe said he'd be keeping a closer eye on Orlovsky going forward.
Orlovsky's defense – delivered later on The Pat McAfee Show – was that it was Qerim's first time wearing them, so of course they'd smell normal.
That did not help.
What Sumrall Actually Is
Here is what makes this better than a normal media spat.
Sumrall isn't clapping back at a peer.
He's a $44.7 million head coach – six years, hired in November – who went 42-11 at Troy and Tulane, reached the conference title game all four seasons, and was brought to Gainesville to rebuild a program that finished 4-8 last year.
Two weeks ago at SEC Media Days, he was the most talked-about coach in the room.
A reporter's phone went off mid-press conference.
Sumrall stopped cold: "You would be kicked out of our team meeting. You're lucky I'm not gonna throw this freaking podium right now."

That's who just permanently ended Dan Orlovsky's ability to lecture anyone about toughness or locker room standards.
The Part ESPN Doesn't Want to Talk About
Orlovsky just signed a long-term extension with ESPN – staying on Get Up, First Take, and NFL Live – despite reported interest from NFL teams who wanted him to coach.
He chose the studio.
He will be covering Florida games this fall, with opinions about Sumrall's program, on national television all season.
And every time he opens his mouth about the Gators, someone is going to post that shoe clip.
ESPN built a brand around former players telling fans what real football culture looks like.
A coach who hadn't lost a conference game in four years just reminded everyone which one of them actually lives it.
